Let's Ride Into The Sun

A selection of some of my best, most recent work, inspired by the song, “Ride Into The Sun,” by The Velvet Underground. Although it was released as a demo, the song is one of my personal favorites, and is definitely worth a listen. It speaks of how unimportant you really are in a whole city of other people.

The message is from an individual’s point of view. My photos represent the story of each individual as if they were singing the song themselves. They wander the city on their daily commute, trying to live life as comfortably as possible in the city. Each one seeks an escape from the busy city and the hardships it brings.
