iii Points Preview
That’s right friends, with 2019 comes a whole new slew of festival announcements, and for our readers in Florida, this weekend will be well received. Friday, February 15th kicks off one of the most anticipated events of the season, iii Points. For this year’s headliners, the Miami festival has booked a good variety of acts, like Beach House, James Blake, Herbie Handcock, A$AP Rocky, Erykah Badu, and the king and queen themselves, Tyler, The Creator & SZA.
Of course everyone at Pure Nowhere is absolutely thrilled to be able to air coverage from some of the best, so much so that we just had to make a playlist. Starting out with Day One, you know know Thunderpony is calling our name! Telescope Thieves and Suzi Analog get the spirits high and our anticipation soaring, with certain killer sets from Pussy Riot and The Internet.
Day Two brings a special kind of happiness, locked in by Ty Segall and taken home with James Blake and SZA (her highness).
And finally, what we want so badly but wish would never come, Day Three, the perfect ending to a perfect weekend. Blood Orange and A$AP… need I say more?
